Refund policy
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following criteria must be met: 1) The item received must have a defect or must be incorrect, not matching your original order. 2) The item should remain unused and in the same condition as when initially received.
In the event of a defect on our end, we must be notified within 3 days of the delivery date, along with providing photographic evidence of the defect. The item should also be returned in its original packaging. We do not facilitate exchanges for incorrect sizing choices, and we bear no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen during transit.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
